THE OLDHAM STORY

Lessons in Identity, History & Conflict. The Oldham Story is an exciting new resource developed over the course of the academic year (2010-11) in a partnership involving the School Improvement Service and teachers from Oldham secondary schools.

The teaching and learning content of the resource is made up of five themes. Each theme includes a number of lessons and the resources needed for the delivery of each lesson. All the lesson plans and resources are included in this section. Wherever possible, documents are presented both as PDF files and word documents so that teachers can develop plans and resources to suit their own context...

This section includes useful information and ideas to help teachers make the resource work in their school and classroom.
